Limited Warranty and Liability Information
Shop with confidence at Get All Parts: 100-percent satisfaction guaranteed
Get All Parts understands that buying products (especially auto parts) online can be challenging because you can't test-fit the product to ensure it works correctly. To ensure you are confident in our high-quality auto parts, every part we sell is ISO 6000 certified by a third-party inspector, and we offer a five-year limited warranty at no additional charge.
How to submit a warranty claim
If you ever have problems with your part while it is under warranty, please follow these steps to submit a warranty claim. Please familiarize yourself with the information on this page regarding your type of warranty before contacting Contact Customer Support.
- Contact Customer Support and provide details regarding the non-working part, why it isn't working, and when the problems began. You must include the listing number and/or order number with your warranty or return claim.
- Provide such necessary information we may require, including: a digital photo showing proof of damage, proof of your vehicle identification number (VIN), and records of regular vehicle maintenance during the warranty period as recommended by your auto manufacturer. Obtain a returned-merchandise authorization (RMA) for all purchased parts before returning them to us.
- Take the part to a shipping center, and use the shipping label we provide to return the auto part to us without cost to you. You must use all reasonable means to protect the part from further damage during shipping.
- Within 14 days of our receiving your returned product, you will have the option of either a full, 100-percent refund of the purchase price of the returned parts, or to have a replacement part shipped at no cost to you.
We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to refund or replacement.
We are proud to stand behind the quality of our products that we sell on our site, and we hope to give you peace of mind with our industry-leading warranty as you shop Get All Parts. For specific questions about our warranties, please Contact Customer Support.
Limited warranty and liability on new aftermarket auto parts
Your warranty lasts for five years from the delivery date of your item. It covers functionality problems that occur with the auto part as a result of manufacturing. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation; by accidents or damage sustained after installation; by damage during shipping (a shipping claim must be filed if damage is found); or by negligence in maintaining the part after installation.
Get All Parts is not liable for any damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification of the product, shipping damage, accidents, neglect, or normal wear. Get All Parts is also not responsible for any charges for labor (unless a part was purchased with an additional labor-charge warranty), inconveniences, or any other expenses that may be related to the installation or use of our parts, regardless if purchased from us or from an independent reseller.
All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Limited warranties on used mechanical and powertrain parts
While Get All Parts offers an industry-leading five-year limited warranty on all new aftermarket auto parts, we cannot extend this same warranty to recycled, remanufactured, or reconditioned original-equipment parts. Get All Parts makes every effort to ensure the quality and reliability of our used parts, but due to their nature they do not qualify to be warrantied the same as new parts.
Get All Parts offers a free six-month, unlimited-mileage warranty on all used parts from the date of their delivery. We also provide the option of purchasing additional parts warranties.
- 6 month labor charge coverage, added to the six months of free part coverage
- 12 month parts coverage only
- 12 month parts and labor charge coverage
Labor warranties: For parts purchased with an optional labor-charge warranty, Get All Parts will reimburse the repairer up to $50.00 per hour for the repair of a part or assembly covered by this optional warranty. These charges shall not exceed (a) 100 percent of the part price as indicated on your original invoice, and (b) the applicable number of hours derived from labor allowances from nationally recognized labor time allowance manuals.
Please refer to each product's details to learn whether a warranty applies and its specific terms. Your costs for extended or optional warranties will vary per product depending on its cost, shipping weight, and other factors.
In the event that a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period from time of receipt, Get All Parts will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund to you the purchase price, at our option. Any listing that says "Sold as is" does not include a warranty and all sales are final.

- Part failure is caused by using the part for anything other than its manufacturer's intended or recommended use.
- The part fails or becomes inoperable due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.
- The part is installed or operated outside the United States.
- The part's installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
- The part is sold "As Is" as indicated on the front of the purchase invoice or in the part's auction terms.
Get All Parts will ship the part to the address provided at checkout. However, should the purchaser opt to have the purchased part(s) forwarded to a location outside the United States, any warranty or right of return or refund becomes invalid. Regardless of whether the part is of improper fitment, is inoperable, or is damaged in any way due to the length of transit time, we will not cover it under our return or warranty policies. We also will not refund any additional costs of forwarded shipping.
You must inspect your purchased item(s) upon receipt and immediately notify Get All Parts if the item(s) were damaged at the time you received them. All damage claims must be made within three days of receipt. You must retain all packing materials and shipping documents so we can investigate the cause of the damage.
