We strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our more than 200 warehouse facilities within three to six business days from the date you place your order.
We fulfill orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Please note that if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or during a holiday (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) your order's fulfillment will begin the following business day.
Get All Parts is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or holidays.

- Estimated shipping date is between three to six business days from the date of your purchase.
- Items are shipped via UPS and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with an order tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.
- If products are damaged during shipping, you may return them at no cost. (See our Return and Refund policy.)
- If the parts you receive aren't satisfactory, you may return them, complying with our return and refund policy. (See our Return and Refund policy)
Items cannot be shipped to
- Post Office boxes
- APO/FPO (military addresses)
- The US Virgin Islands or Guam
Items must be shipped to a physical street address.
To protect your identity and transaction information, we are unable to change the address on an order once it has been confirmed in our system. Should you need to change the shipping address on an order you have already placed before it has shipped, please contact Customer Support. We will cancel your order and resubmit it with your new shipping address.

Shipping cost is calculated on a per-item basis of dimensions and weight, and according to the shipping option you select.
Shipping costs on multiple orders
Some orders require the shipping of items in more than one box from multiple locations. In these instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
All shipping options listed are based on the date the carrier receives your order from our warehouse, and not from the date you place your order.
We cannot transfer your order to a carrier on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
UPS shipping options
Shipping and delivery of large used assemblies and parts
Get All Parts provides customers with shipping of new aftermarket auto parts to any location in the continental United States via UPS. For our large used items such as engine assemblies, transmission assemblies, axle assemblies, and hybrid batteries, we assess shipping and handling charges to commercial addresses through less-than-truckload (LTL) freight shipping services. The shipping charges we assess for these items are necessary due to their weight, size, bulk, and the care needed to ensure they do not sustain damage in transit.
The costs to ship these types of items start from $100 and can exceed $1,000 for complete engines with transmissions. In most cases, we place these items on pallets and cover or wrap them for transit.
Most oversize items leave the warehouse within two business days, and arrive three to 10 business days after leaving the warehouse. We cannot offer expedited shipping for oversize items.
We must ship these parts to a commercial address with semi-truck docking and forklift capabilities. If you do not have these capabilities at your location, we can ship the items to the closest freight terminal to your ZIP code.
To avoid delays, you must supply your phone number and the name and address of the commercial location. The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. An adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
For an additional $75 charge, we will ship to a commercial address without a loading dock or to a residential address using a delivery truck with a lift gate. Your products will be unloaded only at the curb. We cannot unload onto a driveway or into a garage. Please make arrangements to move your items from the curb to a secure location.
Upon delivery of your order, you should immediately inspect the cartons for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as its contents. It is normal for the carton to show some wear.
The shipping charge does not include removal of any pallets, cartons, or other packaging materials.
For international orders, we recommend using a company such as Bongo International for any packages that need to be shipped outside the continental United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). They offer competitive international shipping rates and allow you to set up an account that provides you with a shipping address within the United States.
