To receive your full refund, you must meet one of the following qualifications within 60 days of delivery.

- You return the undamaged product to us within 60 days after notifying customer support
- A product you ordered was damaged during shipping, and you file a shipping claim.
We will then process your return and restore the funds to your credit or debit card within 14 days after we receive the parts. We encourage you to check your card’s monthly statement to verify the return of funds.
