Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed from more than 200 warehouses nationwide.

Some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box from multiple locations. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Damaged Shipments

Freight Shipments- Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 1-800-524-7467.

Please Note: Before accepting any trucking delivery, please make certain to examine the unit for any signs of damage. Remove the product from its packaging for a complete inspection. Once you have signed for delivery, we will not be able to file a claim with the trucking company.

If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and GetAllParts.com will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing.

UPS Ground Shipments- It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. As soon as you notice the damage please call our customer service department at 1-800-524-7467. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important within the 24 hour period.

We ship using UPS for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
