Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our parts carry a limited lifetime warranty. We guarantee the part to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. The original credit card used for the purchase will be issued the credit once processed.

If you wish to return a part: Please follow the return policy as explained below.

Damaged Shipments

Freight Shipments- Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 1-800-524-7467.

Please Note: Before accepting any trucking delivery, please make certain to examine the unit for any signs of damage. Remove the product from its packaging for a complete inspection. Once you have signed for delivery, we will not be able to file a claim with the trucking company.

If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and GetAllParts.com will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing.

UPS Ground Shipments- It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. You do have up to 24 hours to report any concealed damage after signing for the unit. As soon as you notice the damage please call our customer service department at 1-800-524-7467. If damage issues arise after the 24 hour period, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and GetAllParts.com will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important within the 24 hour period.

Return Procedure:

  1. Call Customer Service at 1-800-524-7467 to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Parts returned without an RMA can not be processed.
  2. The RMA number must be included on the return label.
  3. Customer Service will provide you with the shipping address to send the returned item.
  4. Refunds will be issued once the part(s) has been received, inspected and processed.
  5. Returned parts must be in "as new" condition and shipped in their original package and shipping carton. If the original carton is not available, the part must be packaged correctly to ensure safe shipping. We cannot issue a credit for items that arrive damaged or for items that have been partially or fully installed or painted. Proper shipping and associated cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  6. The original invoice, or a copy, must be included with the item.

Credits to the original credit card used for the purchase will be immediately applied upon inspection and processing of the returned item(s) but may not appear on your credit card statement for one or two billing cycles.

If you received an incorrect or damaged part: Call Customer Service at 1-800-524-7467 to explain the problem. We will create a new order for the part and issue an RMA for the original part. GetAllParts will ship the replacement part as soon as possible freight paid. Once the original part is returned in its original packaging, you will be credited for the full amount of the original sale excluding freight.

If you refuse a shipment: Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event of contInual delivery attempts that fail will be returned to GetAllParts.com and you will be credited the full amount of the sale, less shipping and handling. Please allow two (2) weeks for a credit to be issued. It is your responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.
