Get All Parts strives for 100% customer satisfaction with our services and products.
We are confident in the quality of the products we offer. We offer a 30-day return
policy. Items returned to us within 30 days of delivery will be issued a credit/refund
of the total invoice amount, less all shipping fees to and from.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- There will be no refunds on merchandise that is sold for non-specified applications.
( Example= If you have a 1991 Jaguar XJS and you want to put 2007 XK8 wheels on
it. We will tell you that they will not fit. If you insist on ordering them, WE
WILL NOT TAKE THEM BACK. )
- Get All Parts only sells wheels and body parts for specific applications. We do
not sell for test fit purposes.
- If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must call 1-800-999-8987 ext.
5036 for a Return Authorization Number.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- All merchandise must be new.
- Used parts are not returnable. Parts that have been mounted on your vehicle cannot
be returned.
- Package and insure all items for their full value. Lost or damaged parts can not
be exchanged or refunded.
- Return Authorization number must be clearly written on each package and label.
- Orders cancelled after shipping or orders returned without a return authorization
are subject to a restocking fee.
WHEELS
- Wheels must have a foam sheet pad protecting the face of the wheel from cardboard
chafing.
- If returning two wheels in one box, you must have cardboard and foam between the
wheels.
- Wheel must be secured and well protected in the box. Any Styrofoam packaging material
received with the shipment must be reused in the same way.
- Remove any staples that are not fully closed from the box.
- Please use original packaging material when returning any items.
REFUND CALCULATIONS
WHEELS:
- Credit less all freight charges incurred.
- Used parts are not returnable.
- Wheels and tires that have been mounted on your vehicle cannot be returned.
FULL CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:
- Wrong merchandise is received, except where the customer ordered incorrectly.
- Merchandise is damaged during shipping.
- Merchandise is defective.
- Merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle, and fitment was approved by Get
All Parts.
WARRANTY:
- All parts offered by Get All Parts come with a set of guarantees.
- We guarantee the finish of painted, clear coated, or polished wheels for one full
year after delivery.
- Chrome wheels carry a full one-year finish warranty after date of delivery.
- All wheels carry a lifetime warranty on the structure of the wheel.
- All warranties cover manufacturers defects only.
- Wheels which are subjected to any of the following will not be covered under this
Warranty:
- Corrosion from road debris.
- Corrosion from road salt.
- Corrosion from brake dust.
- Corrosion from balancing weights.
- Wheels which have been raced or used for off-road driving.
- Wheels which have been improperly installed.
- Wheels damaged from pot holes or curbs.
- Wheels damaged by the use of abrasive cleaners or polishes.
