Preface
Get All Parts has made every effor to provide our customers with information
that is accurate. We are not responsible for errors or misinterpretations of the products,
prices, or applications and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.
Sales Tax
Get All Parts has a physical prescence in most states, and as such
we are required to collect sales tax in those states. For your order to be
tax exempt we will need a copy of your CERTIFICATE OF RESALE on file. All Certificates of
Resale must be updated on a yearly basis. You may fax it or email to sales@getallparts.com.
Credit Card Charges
Get All Parts performs a preauthorization on all credit
cards a percentage above the actual charge. Your credit card will not be charged
more than the invoice amount (plus tax)
Shipping
Advertised shipping pricing is for UPS ground to continental US destinations. Orders
outside the continental US or requests for expedited delivery will be priced according
to UPS published rates. Canadian customers are also responsible for all border duties
and fees.
All products should be inspected upon arrival. If the product received is damaged in transit,
then inform the delivery company and make notation of damaged product when signing.
All damage claims must be filed with the carrier immediately and are the responsibility of the customer.
All claims for product shortage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
